WELCOME!

From Pastor Andy Rock,

Welcome to Grover Beach Church! Join us in worship on Sundays at 9:30am as we journey to know God and to make a difference on the Central Coast!

If you're new to our church, here's a little background: Three years ago we were a very small congregation (50 people). In the last three years we have grown to over 200 people. Jesus is at work among us in amazing ways as we are drawn to this fellowship, we learn to surrender our lives to Him, are restored by the Holy Spirit in times of worship and prayer, connected to each other in honest relationships, and then called to share our new life in service to the Five Cities.

Whether we've struggled with addiction or loneliness or guilt or deep wounds from the past, all of us are experiencing Jesus' presence and learning to trust Him more. Lives are being changed in miraculous ways.

Our Presbyterian heritage is important to us, but more importantly, we want to glorify Jesus by joining Him wherever He is working. Thus we collaborate with liberals and conservatives, churches and organizations with perspectives across the spectrum, all for the purpose to reach people with the love of God and make practical differences in their lives. To give you a small gliimpse:

  • We tutor Jr and Sr High kids through Cal Poly Students involved in Young Life
  • We develop mentoriing relationships with children in Oceano alongside our sister church, Divino Salvador (they worship here on Sunday afternoons).
  • We provide assistance to families inside and outside of our church, working closely with CAPSLO and other local organizations to make sure our help is actually helpful.
